Designing Systems, Shaping Futures
I grew up on the west coast of Canada surrounded by my parents, two sisters, and a rotating cast of pets. I studied English Literature and completed a master’s in design at Emily Carr University.
Over the past two decades, my career has spanned design, strategy, and sustainability. I spent 13 years at frog and was VP of Regenerative Design, building sustainability-by-default design practices across 30+ international locations, and have partnered with client teams at Lululemon, Lufthansa, IKEA, and Patagonia to name a few.
Along the way, I came to see design differently. It was not just products or brands, but the systems, behaviors, and futures we build together. That realization became the foundation for my regenerative design practice.
Today my work focuses on unlocking the stories, skills, and structures needed for the next economy, one that is centred on wellbeing. There is a growing shift where leaders and organisations who are shaping what's next aren't protecting what they have. They're building something worth inheriting.
