There is something potent about endings. They cause you to reflect, to ponder, to evaluate. They offer you nostalgia but they can also offer you a reality check. Endings tell you a lot about who you are and can allow you to revisit where you began. This book holds 12 vignettes of things I’ve learned over the course of my career. Their messages have helped ground me when something ends and I am waiting for something new to begin.

Play the system before you try to change it. In this serious-yet-playful game, every player pursues their own goals inside a product ecosystem with only part of the picture, just like real life. There's no winning. There’s only seeing where a small shift in design can move the whole system. You leave able to organise complexity into direction and steer toward a regenerative future.
